Terms & Conditions - the basics
Scope of Work
Services will be performed as described in the signed proposal. Additional work requires a written change order.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are valid for 30 days. Prices may adjust due to material/labor changes or unforeseen site conditions.
Deposits & Payments
Non-refundable deposit required. Progress/final payments due as agreed. Late payments subject to 1.5% weekly fee.
Scheduling
Dates subject to weather, material availability, and delays outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
Provide property access/utilities, secure HOA approvals, maintain safe worksite.
Permits & Regulations
Client responsible for permits/approvals unless otherwise specified.
Materials
Natural variations may occur. Company not responsible for manufacturer defects.
Warranties
Workmanship guaranteed 12 months. Excludes misuse, neglect, disasters, or lack of maintenance.
Liability
Company insured. Not responsible for pre-existing damage, unmarked utilities, or natural events.
Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. Client pays for work completed/materials purchased.
Dispute Resolution
Unresolved disputes settled by binding arbitration in Hamilton County, Ohio.
Refund Policy
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations

Once the invoice is accepted, work can be cancelled without a refund of the deposit

After start: no refunds.
Services Rendered
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Corrections or adjustments may be offered.
Materials
Custom/special orders are non-refundable. Supplier refunds (if any) will be passed to Client.
Processing
Approved refunds issued within 10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted for duplicate payments or company error at Company’s discretion.
