Refund Policy

At Turner Landscape & Construction, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service. Our goal is to ensure every client is fully satisfied with the work performed. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Deposits & Payments
-
Deposits are non-refundable. All projects require a deposit to secure scheduling, materials, and labor commitments.
-
Progress payments and final balances are due as outlined in your contract. These payments are not subject to refund once services and/or materials have been provided.

2. Cancellations
-
Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled by the client more than 7 days before the scheduled start date, any deposit may be applied as a credit toward future services within 12 months.
-
Within 7 Days of Start Date: Cancellations made less than 7 days before work begins may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover scheduling and administrative costs.
-
After Work Has Commenced: Refunds will not be issued once labor and/or material costs have been incurred.

3. Services Rendered
-
Payments for services that have been substantially completed are non-refundable.
-
If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of work, Turner Landscape & Construction will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through corrections, adjustments, or warranty repairs rather than issuing a refund.

4. Materials
-
Special-order or custom materials purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
-
If materials can be returned to the supplier, any applicable supplier refund (minus restocking or shipping fees) will be passed on to the client.

5. Refund Processing
-
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days by the same method of payment originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted outside the above terms only at the sole discretion of Turner Landscape & Construction, in circumstances where:
-
Services could not be delivered due to company error.
-
A duplicate payment was made in error.
